My most transformative learning journey was the APD at the Academy of Executive Coaching. Understanding why and how this experience impacted me so much more than all the others felt like a sensible step to take to create effective learning journeys for my clients.
If my worldview were to be summarised into a single belief, I would say that all behaviours, even the most abnormal ones, are a way to adapt to an ongoing context. The implications for the helping relationship are countless.
